Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Transcontinental Pet Movers LLC handles information submitted through the Pet Health Certificate Assistance website.

Information you provide

The inquiry form may ask for your name, email address, optional phone number, travel method, origin and destination, proposed departure date, pet details, and a description of the help you need. Please do not submit payment details, identity documents, veterinary records, or other sensitive documents through the form.

How we use it

We use the information to review and respond to your inquiry. When you submit the form, its contents are sent by email to [email protected]. Your email address is used as the reply address.

Service providers and storage

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for automated abuse. It processes browser and technical information to verify the visitor before the inquiry is sent.

The website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Form delivery is handled by Resend. The website does not maintain a separate inquiry database; the inquiry is delivered to the company mailbox. Cloudflare and Resend may process technical request or delivery information as described in their own privacy notices, and email may remain in the receiving mailbox and its backups according to the company’s practices.

Veterinarian finder searches

When you search the veterinarian finder, we store a count of searches for the ZIP code and Pacific calendar day in a private Cloudflare database. These counts help us understand regional demand; they do not identify unique visitors, clients or paid engagements. We retain these aggregate counts for business reporting. They do not include names, email addresses, inquiry contents or visitor identifiers.

To enforce the limit of 50 searches per IP address per day, the server uses your IP address transiently to calculate a keyed daily hash. We store that hash, its date and a counter, not your raw IP address. The hash changes each day. Earlier daily rate-limit rows are deleted when the next valid search is processed; if there are no further searches, those rows may remain until cleanup. Shared connections may share a search allowance. Cloudflare may independently process IP addresses and request information for hosting and security.

The finder uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check searches for automated abuse. After a successful search, Google Maps loads to display listed-address pins for approved geocoded results. Google receives technical information such as your IP address and browser information, and the map location needed to display those results. Opening a directions link takes you to Google Maps and includes the listed practice address. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google Maps terms.

Listing correction reports

When you report a listing, we store the selected public listing, your selected reasons, optional comments, submission time and review status in a private Cloudflare database for directory maintenance. Reports are not published or applied automatically. Please do not include personal client information or medical records. We use a separate keyed daily IP hash to limit reports to five per connection per Pacific day; raw IP addresses are not stored in the reports. Reports are retained for correction review and maintenance history. Contact [email protected] with a deletion request.

Analytics and advertising

Cloudflare Web Analytics is present on the website to measure visits and page performance. It does not use analytics cookies. The site does not add advertising trackers. Cloudflare’s privacy notice describes its processing of technical request information.
